From founding churches to developing leaders and delivering care, our hope is to build hubs of hope that uplift rural Hispanic communities – and we are just getting started.

Our Five Pillars of Impact

1. Personal Faith

Promoting spiritual growth through mission trips, church building, and youth programs. We aim to cultivate faith, strengthen communities, and inspire everlasting hope wherever we go.

2. Physical Wellness

Providing healing and hope through medical missions, mobile clinics, and health education. We work to meet urgent needs today while planting long-term solutions like permanent clinics and local healthcare partnerships for tomorrow.

3. Pathways for Youth

Preparing the next generation for higher and continuing education through enrichment experiences, tutoring and scholarships. We believe in building bright futures by unlocking potential, one student at a time.

4. Pastoral Leadership

Pouring into spiritual leaders with training programs, continuing education, and ministry placement. We strengthen those called to serve, so they can guide others with wisdom, care, and conviction.

Support and expand a 60-church network in South Texas and Mexico

Sustain preacher schools and mentor future leaders

Baptize and disciple new believers (over 6,000 and counting)

Healthcare Initiatives

Launch year-round, church-based medical clinics

Perform medical mission trips in impoverished rural areas where needed

Combine mission with volunteer medical teams and long-term planning

Work with local hospitals to decrease the nursing shortage in the RGV

Education

Develop scholarships for students in the RGV to obtain higher education post H.S.

Build partnerships with colleges in our network that have additional scholarships for RGV students

Explore new vocational and theological training programs

Strengthen relationships with colleges that have nursing programs with scholarships for RGV students

Church Planting Process

Phase 1: A preacher starts a Home Bible study group until they outgrow the home and prove the need is in that geographical area
Phase 2: Lease space for the congregation allowing them to grow but not obligated to a long term commitment to the space
Phase 3: Once they outgrow the leased space and have proved the need for a congregation exist in that area, fund land purchase and church construction
Annual Goal: 2 new churches per year (~$300K each)
5P funds the land, parking, plumbing and foundation work. Volunteer churches build the structures and pay for supplies as they go.

We’re on a mission to raise $1,000,000 annually to build two new churches yearly, open a permanent free medical clinic as well as award 50 college scholarships yearly.
